But a spam-blocker kept John from receiving my e-mail....

Here’s what is fair for the site I own to go away.

1-Evan gets a full refund

2-Matruck gets a refund or the route, no matter the shape.

3-You publicly apologize to them both (make any excuse you like)

4-You abandon your Volunteer project (we both no it is a joke anyway) and tell me who you got the DEM from.

What do you get?
The TER site I own goes away and I never comment on a post you make from here out. I'll even buy the DEM you say you had made once I verify with the creator you bought it.

I’m tired of games. We can go tit for tat as long as you like but sooner or later it makes us both look foolish.

Once the above 4 are done, my site goes away and you’ll never hear a peep from me again.

You don’t like that idea, then tell me what you think is fair.

I think that is more than fair really since most of it you have already said publicly you’d do.

We both know that we aren’t going to get lawyers involved so anything we do is just to piss the other person off.

If you do not have the money to refund to the people above then just tell them you spend their money already and can’t refund it. Give them the route as it is now and allow them to fix it themselves.

So as it stands, I am not closing my site. John steals from people and we both know it. This time he has meet someone who will not lay down for him to roll over.

I have no issues with you, but John knew what he was doing when he started all this mess.

I tried to make peace with John and he has not wanted to do so. I was very clear on what I wanted/expected and he said pay me. I’ll not trust him on this, I do not feel I can. If John wants peace, he knows what it’ll take.

All of the above and also the W.VA sub he promised me for waiting so long on my route, which he did not do. My site traffic and content crew grows more each day, I had two more projects committed just today, so if you speak for/with him, he needs to act fast and do so in a manner that will make things right.

Oh one change too, John can just send his apology to Trainz magazine or post it on the three major sites in Trainz.

I’m ready to shut all this down, but it will not be for nothing. I got money invested now and I got support.

I work as an Oil Field Foreman which is why I am up now.

If you go and search Oliver Springs, you will find the first mention of the route that you made the DEM for. I truthfully have no reason to lie about this either.

Lake City is where I grew up. Lake City used to be known as Coal Creek. Put two and two together and you make the Volunteer Line.

I’m not against payware man, I am aginst shoddy payware work. John took my ideas, money and time and wasted all three. I own many RRMods engines as well as some Jointedrail content.

If you go and search Oliver Springs, you will find the first mention of the route that you made the DEM for. I truthfully have no reason to lie about this either.

Lake City is where I grew up. Lake City used to be known as Coal Creek. Put two and two together and you make the Volunteer Line.

I am working now to bring to this site views, pictures and examinations of the TER routes out there and what the work is like.

I have also told John to join here if he felt like it to defend himself and his work. Today he has only visited a few times!

I shut the game down and immediately sent an email to John asking for help with the route. I got an email over a week later basically saying he was too busy with other stuff to help and to send him my system specs. And that was the last time I ever received an email from him regarding the issue.

Then he released Mountain Sub Division part 1. I saw the screenshots on the Trainz forums and got suckered into paying $45 dollars for the route. What a mistake that was. I sent him the money, and never got the route. All I got was complete bull & got beat around the bush about it. I one thread about this, and was referred to another thread where he said that he would no longer be shipping the routes. This was a month later. I sent him an multiple emails back and forth asking about the route. The route never came so I asked for a FULL refund. 2 weeks later I received an email from John saying that he will give me a refund but it wouldn't be through paypal. Then a week later he sent me another email offering to give me New England Falls (which I already owned) and to refund me through either paypal/check/bank account.

I demanded it through paypal, which was the service I used to purchase the route with. I have yet to receive my refund.]]>
